Zoology Field Trip Directions

Learning Objective:
Participants will observe and research animal behaviors and traits. Participants will also learn how iPads and apps can be used to document student learning on field trips.
Directions:
On this field trip, you are to play the role of a Zoologist, an expert in the behavior, physiology, and classification, of animals. You will work collaboratively with a partner to create a Keynote presentation of your research.
Your Keynote Presentation Must Include:
·       The title of your project with your name on opening slide
·       1 Slide that includes a Spreadsheet with collected data
·       At least 3 slides must include information about 3 different animals. Slides can include photos, facts about diet, behavior observations, physical trait descriptions, habitats, etc.
·       1 Example of a "Skitch" imported into Keynote
·       1 Example of an "Apple Clip" imported into Keynote
·       1 Example of a "Chatterpix" imported into Keynote
